how?

I think my blog has become so unhealthy lately,when my dashboard shows so much of updated items posted by few online shopping blogs that I've been following..
well I did not click to any,but end up looking for more from other blogs...*sigh*

It is better for me to take some pre-cautions before it burnt a big hole to my small pocket.

anyone has the idea on how to delete the blogs from our list?
